Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more precise placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system offers much more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide a huge range of optional attachments and these telehandlers are available to help you accomplish your requirements, whilst being safe and efficient at the worksite. When precision and accuracy are really vital, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you require.
The Future
To be able to make rough terrain lift trucks as efficient as possible, numerous attachments have been designed and made like winches, booms, and rotating fork carriages, to allow the forklift to position materials more precisely. The articulating booms or booms come with 2 different extendible arms and can reach up and over structures in order to position loads on interior roof slope settings or in the center of upper floors. New products and attachments are being engineered and developed all the time and would be available in the future.
A lot of improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. Like for instance, load-reach management devices are able to restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are used in order to know the weight of the load. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The boom's memory would compare the extension and the angle of the boom with the safety limits, once the load is being placed into position. There is a warning system or an important lock-up device which prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
